Feasibility Study
Before design begins, we confirm that the project is possible. We review zoning and city codes, gather property records, consult with specialists, and survey the site if needed. We document existing conditions so we have a solid starting point.

This is the creative exploration phase. We test out multiple design ideas based on your goals, needs, and scope. We sketch, refine, and rethink—until the best solution rises to the top.
By the end, we’ll have one clear direction to move forward with.

Design Development
With the layout set, it’s time to bring the spaces to life. We refine every surface and element—inside and out. That means selecting finishes, lighting, plumbing fixtures, cabinetry, tile, stone, hardware, and paint colors.
It’s the fun part—but also the detailed part. This phase can take time and may overlap with the next stage. Don’t worry—you’re in good hands.
Construction Documents, Bidding, & Permitting
This is where ideas become instructions. We translate the design into detailed drawings for the city, contractors, and consultants—everything needed to build the project accurately.
Once the documents are complete, we submit them for permits and gather bids from contractors to get real pricing. It’s the bridge between design and construction—and we make sure nothing gets lost in translation.
We Get Ready to Build

This is the moment we’ve all been working toward—watching your vision rise from the ground up. With the team in motion, we bring the design to life, checking in regularly to keep everything on course and beautifully built.
